what happens when a site goes down in the middle of a tournament? do they refund people's money? i was in a freeroll once and they had some error. so nobody got paid out for that tournament. was disappointing.

That happened to me last week in a Sit N Go there.

In the past, FT has been more than good about tournies and site crashes.

They paid me $5 once when the site crashed in the middle of a real tourney, They also divvied up the prize pool according to some formula that was not objectionable to me.

i wish they would habve divided up the prize pool in the freeroll i was in. i even emailed them. spent like 4 hours playing. then got nothing out of it.

i got timmed out when i had a flush.i hit the call button 2 times i lost 2,000 when i should have won.but it folded my hand. good thing it's only a freeroll

well i exited then logged back in, it took two tries to get in and the button has moved since then, kinda wierd, just hope we can fix it soon

Very true, but I have a lot of money harvested on FT and I should have $50 on PS but a money transfer through here still hasn't gotten to me yet. :thumpdown
