Hello Everyone.

This is my first post of, hopefully, many. Been playing online now for about 3 years - mainly at party poker and on the I-network, and mainly sit n gos at $10 and $20. I've been doing pretty good at these levels maintaining an positive ROIs at both these levels over thousands of games.

So... decided recently it was about time I got my arse in gear and took advantage of a rakeback scheme somewhere. Signed up through a 3rd party at Full Tilt and have been playing there for about a month now and collecting rakeback. Now I recently came across a post online about how multiple accounts are not allowed and it reminded me that two or three years ago I opened an account with Full Tilt and took advantage of a no deposit bonus of about $20 or so. I lost it all in a couple of hours and have never logged back in since. I also never deposited into that account. I had genuinely forgotten about this account and have never used it in conjunction with my new account. Am I going to have problems when I try to withdraw from my new account? I suppose I could try withdrawing the minimum $50 as a tester but as I'm currently building my bankroll from a small initial deposit I would rather wait until I've built it substantially. But will Full Tilt then refuse this later down the line. Any advice or similar experiences would be gratefully recieved. Many thanks...

Just forget about the older account. It probably wont be an issue. If you don't log into the old account, you'll be fine.

I would email FT, however they will probably transfer everything over to your old account because when you go to cash out they will find it.
If you have not logged back in I am sure it wont be an issue and you can wait for them to contact you when you cash out, but either way I am sure they are going to see it.
Good luck.

I wouldn't worry about it - if they find it, you forgot about it, no biggy. If they don't find it (which I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't) then it's fine :)

If it where me I'd forget about the old account.

If the old account has been inactive all this time and they step in, I believe their standard practice is to transfer the money from your new account into your old account, and then remove the newer account. If they're going to do that I'd rather it happen later (after getting as much rakeback as possible) than sooner.

If both accounts have been used during the same period, especially if they are played the same games, the consequences could be a lot more severe (like seizing your funds).

Thanks for the advice guys. Guess I'll just keep playing as normal and hope for the best when I withdraw. Hopefully I'lll get to keep the newer account if they do detect both, as the only reason I'm really playing at Full Tilt is for the rakeback (which is great!) - games for us Europeans are significantly easier at Party Poker and Titan so without RB I doubt there's much point to stay without it.

I had the same problem I simply sent them an Email telling them I had forgotten about the old account and asked if they could just delet that one as I had forgotten the password, and thats what they did they deleted my old account and then I saved the email telling me all was good so if there is a problem later down the road I still have the email.

I forgot about an old PS account-haven't brought it up and it hasn't been a problem. Either way you'll probably be fine. If it pops up tell them you forgot about it and since you haven't logged on in so long it shouldn't be a problem.

Since you haven't made a deposit in that account their was no way for them to even verify that was really you, so I'd say you should definitely not have any issues.

Personally I would contact them & let them know what the situation is. Is this something you want hanging over your head? I think it'd be far better to get it dealt with/over & done with.

He has a chance of loosing his rake back if he lets them know.

Just put the old account out of your mind, it wont be an issue.
