My original name was IDj-Mickey-CI i hated this name so i asked support could i change it and they e-mailed me back very fast to tell me i couldnt. So i had a second card a decided to creater a new user name called Bite Da Bullets full tilt allowed me to deposit over and over and over with no issues untill i win and try to withdraw my money.
I recieved a e-mail saying that my second account had been closed as it is against their policy to have more than one account to keep a level playing which i understand, at the end of the e-mail it asked do i want remaining funds from my Bite Da Bullets account transfered to my primary account which i replyed yes.
A couple days pass and my money has not been credited so i attempt to e-mail them again. Now i have sent 9 e-mails in the space of 3 weeks and the only contact i get from full tilt is a automated e-mail confirming that it has been sent.

Anyone have experience in this or any advise on what i can do. It would be much appricated.

Cheers

It will get cleared up...I would allow about 7-10 days for this to be resolved, maybe longer as long as they have all the info they need from you. Hang in there!

I have not experienced it, I know the only one account per person rule.
I have seen it posted here many times, and as long as that is your only violation of their terms, they will put it back into your account.

We have had same issue and still not fixed

My Fathers account closed and money taken
My father and I are also having troubles with Fulltilt. My father account totalled just under $1000 that he had biult up over 2yrs of playing on thier site.

When he went to make his first with drawal from Fultilt they denided his request and then shut his account within 10min of his request.

They stated that he had 2 accounts when one was infact mine, so we both had to show full ID and etc to prove this. We have done so with the site but my fathers account still has not been reopened had his money has vanished.

We have been trying to communicate with Fulltilt but find it very hard to get an email reply from thier support, it can take about 2 weeks for a simply reply. Most other sites 888poker and pokerstars you have a reply within a workin day.

We have been trying to findout what is happening with my fathers money but still no responce from the site and this issue has been going on for about 3months, still no money for dad.

At a loss with what to do because they seem to be an ungoverened company that can take and do what it wants with no repercussions

I believe it’s pure theft

Yep that is when all the major sites do it. They also will investigate the account when you win or final table a big name Tourny (ie Stars 100K Nightly, etc). Always just say no to opening 2nd account, you may be delayed funds just when you need them most.

So you violate the terms and conditions of the site and then complain when they don't do things quick enough for you? Next time maybe don't break the rules?

Hate to say it but these days crap like this happens so often... As others said be patient and keep your hopes up, a positive attitude always makes the pain go away.

Best Wishes, Daredeviljo

How is this 'crap' when they've broken the rules of the site?

I'm surprised you'd be complaining to be honest.

Maybe you folks aren't aware of all of the multi-accounters & cheaters on the poker sites? I think it's a great thing that they're doing a thorough check on things.

Fear not, my friend. I had this exact same thing happen to me a couple of years ago. It took a few weeks, maybe a month, but it eventually did get sorted out to our satisfaction.

While they are reviewing your paperwork and back-checking player history, they usually will not respond. They wait until every procedure is done on their end, and then respond, usually telling you that the issue has been resolved, all the money is where it should be and that you can continue playing.

Be patient. If you did nothing wrong, it will all work out in the end.

My son also has a Full Tilt account, and they claim we are the same person? This is a way to avoid giving me my money, but now that the FBI closed it down, no one gets anything. How sad. They should be ashamed of themselves and I no longer have any respect for Chris Ferguson and any of the other players. Poor form indeed.

The FBI shut down the whole shebang! Good luck to me, one, proving my identity, then two, getting my own money back.
They scammed me right along when i put in $50.00 with the promise it would be "matched"..it wasn't.
THEN i try and withdraw it as i got nervous (I am not by any means a gambler and i make very little money from my $8.50 an hour job) but I was going to try the 50 cent tables)
i tried to take out $30.00 and i clicked wrong and i ended up DEPOSITING the 30.00. i cried. i sent an email.
FTP said i had to have a MINIMUM of $100.00 before i could make a withdrawal.
great. so i just the other day, deposited my last $30.00 to achieve a balance of a hundred dollars.
then i get the email saying i had 2 accounts, and now the site is shut down.
i have lost complete faith in people and definitely in poker.

See the posts above. This is a way to make sure that people do not have multiple accounts. Just wait a bit till this shit blows over (hopefully) then send them what they ask for. Actually you can still send them the verification they need, then if/when they are able to provide you with a withdrawal, you can quickly get your money.

Lying scamming con artists.

Take a deep breath and read my responses above and below...

The FBI shut down the whole shebang! Good luck to me, one, proving my identity, then two, getting my own money back.

If you had bothered to read up on their deposit and withdrawal methods and terms before you hastily made your deposit, you would see that there is no scam. The minimum amount is there to keep people from backlogging the system with $0 or $20 withdrawals all the time whenever they need beer money. You also read the Terms of Service too right? Don't let the fact that you did no prior basic research sour you on the online poker experience.

Next time you should educate yourself on what you are getting into. You have nobody to blame but yourself for this situation.

BTW, the deposit bonus is unlocked by earning points, which you would have known had you actually read the terms. They are not going to just give you $50 out of the goodness of their hearts and then let you take it out right away.

A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE THAT IS THAT I HAVE ALREADY HAD MANY FRIENDS MY ACCOUNT LOCKED IN THERE MORE THAN ONE

What? OK, slow down and say that again in english please... And stop yelling.
