was browsing thru my emails recently and seen one from full flush stating that my account had not been accessed for 160 days and once it goes over the 180 day mark they will start adding a monthly charge to my account for being inactive.

so after sending an email back saying to close my account they came back with another bullsh*t email about a 150% bonus blah blah blah, 3 more emails sent back and forth and still i have an account.

what must i do to get my account closed so that i do not get a bill years down the line from them?

I have always found full flush support easy to deal with, like any retention type customer service they are going to try and keep you with an account.

I'm pretty sure they would only charge your account for inactivity if it has a balance in it though.

nah for me it seems as though they don't even bother to read what i am sending them back and instead they send me a copy and pasted email to "buy" more time. it's a shame really that they feel the need to introduce a fee on inactive accounts, feels more like a bank than a poker site with these charges

party poker does the same thing, I mean they have an overhead to maintain accounts so I guess they figure if after 6 months your not playing at all then you are only costing them money :D.

Hopefully they come through for you though, sometimes you probably just have to hit the right customer rep being on at that time to have a completely different experience.

Oh i was wondering if they considered playing a freeroll as activity? Thats the only activity i have given them in a while.

I wouldn't worry about getting your account closed to avoid charges. As was said above I'm sure this would only apply to an inactive account with a balance.

Carbon kind of did the same thing, when they had their VIP points or whatever they were. (I knew that first hand...lost a boatload)

Do you have a balance large enough to withdraw? I'd get it before they do!

Full Flush seemed to have pretty good live support, at least. On the down side, they could not block the casino for me. Hopefully, that changes in time.

Sorry to say but full flush gets a negative thumbs down from me. Horrible customer service and if you keep emailing them about a situation they will just block you from contacting them. They will not solve any problems that have been issued.

It seems they are doing the same with me, they are either fed up replying with copy and paste messages or they actually did what I wanted them to do which was close the account, hopefully the latter

Never trusted Full Flush and their rake is absurd.

If you do just wipe your arse with it and return it with a message "Paid In Full"

.

You are a wise person Z and I will most likely use this suggestion if it ends up coming to this

I have to say that the couple of times that Ive evr gotten in touch with their customer support, they were very helpful. They actually went as far as sending me something in the mail without me requesting it shortly after speaking with them. It was something related to making a deposit so that more than likely could've been the reason but I have contacted them more than once and had the same results.
