I can get used to the tournament formats but playing on the mac client there are some things I tell you...

1. I can't seem to find any way to center my seat. This is probably the no 1 feature that they have to put in a client, screw the accredited shuffler. It makes it extremely difficult to multi-table if you have to keep looking where you are at on the table.

2. I have searched high and low and I simply can't find an option for a 4 color deck. The number two most important feature a poker client must have...

3. Where's the hand replayer? Ahh hand history, no freaken way, I have to look for the hand and then get the dealer chatter only! The 3rd most important feature a poker client must have... at least just a screenshot as the visual representation of the final board state. Is this too much to ask?

4. What's up with betting fractions? How on earth, I ask you?!?!... they made the effort to design chips for the bets, so tell me how do you bet $12.32 with a stack of chips? It's stupendous and makes quickly verifying someone's stack size quite erroneous because if they don't have chip fractions there is no decimal point making the ones with fractions seem 100 fold larger. This is not something you should ever have in a poker client, wtf were you thinking?

4. Enough with the confirming dialog boxes already! Notifications should not be as a dialog box that requires you to click on OK before it goes away. It should appear somewhere without obscuring anything and fade away automatically. Someone needs to be taken outside and stoned for implementing this feature.

If these features are actually in the App and I simply can't find it, please kindly shed some light and I will gladly eat my hat. As it stands now I don't see myself playing there much, between all the tilting that is.

After a lengthy chat with support resolutions were found on some issues so I have to post in their defense. An added bonus is the fact that they actually have online support, I might add.

1. I can't seem to find any way to center my seat.
Apparently there is a way by right clicking your seat and turning the table, I have not been able to get this to work but ymmv.

2. 4 color deck.

Under the options menu there is an item which acts as a control to set this option.

3. Where's the hand replayer?

Command + R

4. What's up with betting fractions?

Remains a deal breaking concern.

5. Enough with the confirming dialog boxes already!

Can't do anything about this either. Oh the frustration!

I would also like to add:

6. Tournament summary inadequate. Can't see what the max/average/min stacks are. The only way to see your position is to find yourself in the list of participants, there is no search option. The only way to see how many people are paid is to look at the payout structure and scroll to the bottom. These are the bare minimum of information required in a tournament which they did not include.

Ahh finally I worked it out. You right click the seat you want to be at, i.e. center bottom, and select "Sit Here" option which will turn the table. Why would that be confusing I wonder. Anyway you'll get to use it a lot as everytime you change tables you'll be sitting somewhere other than this seat again. Fun!
