FTP has not transferred money to Pokerstars yet

Hi everyone, I expected that my real money from FTP to be transfer automatically to my pokerstars account but nothing jet.

I will like to know if others players of FTP and pokerstars already got the money since it should have been automatic. perhaps it will take a day or so but nobody mention or send a message explaining. Thanks

I wouldn't get worried till FullTilt is back up and running - which it isn't yet. My understanding is that the transfer is supposed to be immediate at that time.

We receive a lot of warning saying that we should took out any money from full tilt poker

I just downloaded the updated poker App and found that my balance was set to $0 where I had $100 before the transfer

i made withdrawal from FT ten days ago to avoid any issue with this transfer,
few minutes ago when i tried to log into the FT and upgrade software it took to much time and it seems that FT has some tech issues

i have updated it, but it is not what i expected, and there was not any merger instead of it FT became another skin

Same. I was actually worried that I was the only one. I don't think Stars is gonna **** us literally, they do it hiddenly by increasing rake or lowering rakeback / bonuses. So we will get our money soon I think

On FT's twitter they keep telling everybody we need to log in using our FT Log Ins and transfer the money over. Only problem is we can't log in to FT using our FT logins.

Managed to get my problem fixed after a lengthy exchange with the support rep. So far I haven't had problems with their support since I've started playing honestly. They usually respond within a couple of hours after the 1st e-mail, and after that under the hour always. Hope you guys get your problems worked out too.

So far heavily disappointed with this Pokerstars reskin though. No more free money from the full tilt freerolls QQ. But we'll see how it goes in the next few months I guess.

Hello guys,i have this problem as well,after the upgrade i can't log in with my Fulltilt creditentials,but i can log in with my Pokerstars Id/Pasword,into this new "stars" account.

I was surprised to see that my assets were not transfered,i emailed them 10 times and they tell me i need to log in with Fulltilt username and passowrd in order to complete the upgrade process.
The problem is that i can't log in with Fulltilt username and passowrd because i get the message "Stars account and password do not match".
Is anyone get this exact issue as well?

No way, they said they will automatically transfer the money to Pokerstars, and they better do it, or we will start a complaint.

Everything went fine for me, but since I am from the US, it was only play chips that got transferred.

So ,basically they told me to log in with my Fulltilt username and passoword in order to be prompted to update the Full Tilt account to the PokerStars platform. After changing my password , i managed to do that. I logged in ,but i did not get prompted to any updates. I can see only my pokerstars account assets in the cashier.
This is really anoying. I put a lot of work on that fulltilt bankroll.

same here. the only balance I get is the one I had from my Pokerstars account. all the money from my FTP cash is no where!
this is a very serious matter that we should follow up as a group.

so they havent merged? I uninstalled then try reinstalling thinking that I can get on and do all that stuff they were saying but when i go download off fulltilt.com they say coming soon...

they just message me 2nd time today saying same shid wtf..

after a long update, Im missing my funds from one of the sites,
but Im sure they will get it figured out soon enough
keep cool everyone, they aint going nowhere and Im sure theres many of them working to resolving this issue

Everyting ok for me today

I start full till and use MY FTP ID and Pass

This open a windos for the money transfer.

Maybe use capital letter for the first letter of your ID.

I am in the same boat so hopefully it will get resolved and soon.
I sent them a message which they will hopefully respond to. Patience is the key to poker and apparently also dealing with poker operation companies.

Do you try to start FTP and use your FTP ID and FTP pass ?

Maybe first Letter of your ID in capital letter ?

Do you try today ?

After a long night and many emails to the support i got my account fixed as well.
If you continue to have ptoblems,the solution is to contact the support team and try to explain them what is going on. GL all!

1-I start Full tilt poker

2-I ship one E-mail to support team "Full tilt poker"

i am having same problem . but not worried at all . they ll def give us our money bk .. we just need to wait for somtime till they fix that tech issues

My funds were transferred (merged) correctly, however the software upgrade process was a little funky. I first started Stars and I found that my funds balance had not yet been updated. When I then tried to start FullTilt it automatically downloaded/installed newer software twice, then would not start on my Mac. I restarted the Mac and then was able to start FullTilt no problem.

I note that you cannot have both Stars and FullTilt running at the same time, which makes sense. I don't actually understand why they kept both implementations (Stars & FullTilt) when your bankroll is just one for both, and if I understand correctly we are all now playing together.

I just did the updates and got in using my Full Tilt ID and Password and this first screeny came up quickly followed by the 2nd screeny, then after clicking Start the 3rd screeny came up, then I clicked next at the bottom of 3rd screeny and it went to auto migrate and the 4th screeny came up.

Then I tried logging in and because I had Stars running I got the last screeny, but I was only logged in on the one computer, so it looks like you can only have one or the other running at the same time.
