FTP is relaunching and hiring. I'm going for Poker Data Analyst ;)

Skills/Experience Required:

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar
Strong understanding of poker is required; detailed knowledge of poker strategy and extensive playing experience is a definite plus
Experience with SQL and database programming
Solid understanding of mathematics, probability, and statistics
Familiarity with advanced algorithmic analysis methods, such as Monte Carlo simulation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, knowledge discovery in data, etc.
Familiarity with online poker sites, games, and tournaments
Familiarity with poker analysis software, such as hand history database management programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good communication skills, and the ability work well with fellow team members on collaborative efforts
Self-motivated, with a focus on delivering finished products that meet high standards
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Fluency in the English language

OK, maybe not. A little light on probabilities, advanced algorithmic analysis methods and HH DBMS.

You do realise pokerstars have a policy that employees aren't allowed to play on Pokerstars,
so taking this job you probably couldn't use the new Fultilt or Pokerstars.

So good luck with the job, just a shame you will be like an american restricted to carbon.

Hmmm...speaking of Americans, are these positions open to people who live in the US? Many of them sound like they're telecommutable, if that's a word. :D
