OK, I have seen alot of people complain about FT support, but I cant be one of them. Maybe I just got the one cool person at FT support, but check this out:

Went and checked and sure enough, Im in the tourney.
OK, so I guess I didnt need to ask the question here, but maybe the answer I got might help others if they have the same issue.
