Frozen account on Pokerstars

Today I had problems connecting my internet while trying to log into pokerstars. It seemed that it was logged in but soon the PS application crashed and I had to relogar ... anyway, I could not log in.

After 2 hours I solved the connection problem and when I logged into pokerstars a message appeared that my account was frozen.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Takes too long to solve?

I sent (more than 6 hours ago) email to support pokerstars and I have not had a reply yet.

The best thing you can do is send emails to the support the communication is going to make a little slow but it will give positive results of insurance that you will be asked to send your dni escanedo just haslo and you will activate the account

if you sent them email, they will answer.
Probably will take them about a day, but they will answer.
Then will explain why they did froze your account.

Well I think I have to say something
I am not one to participate in forums, but today I am feeling something different ... the power of goodness, of feeling helped, of feeling heard. One thing that can be said: wow, someone really cared about my situation.

Thanks for the answers in the thread.

Their answers are even more valuable when PS's response does not come. Is the first time they freeze my account and I can say that it is very boring, sad, mainly because there was no reason, at least not that I know of.

It's probably frozen because of your issues when trying to connect, perhaps too many unsuccessful attempts to log-in might have flagged your account. Hopefully Pokerstars can resolve this problem quickly for you. I once had my account frozen because I once logged in using an American server even though I was still in canada, After a week of proving that I do, in fact, live in Canada they finally unfroze my account.

No it isn't, multiple accounts at the one IP address isn't the problem and it is allowed, if it was just that poker stars would simply ask for ID to confirm the accounts are for 3 different people, only having one device prevents them from logging in to Stars.

Updating, 6 days no response from PS.

Yes toots babos, it has.

Here at home there is only one notebook, but only one plays poker at a time. While one is at work or studying the other plays. But I'm the one who plays the most every day the others play eventually, from time to time.

I made the post about "notebook three different accounts" just so I can have an idea of what it is like in other families' homes.

Maybe, maybe while I was having problems with the internet connection, some relative of mine might have tried logging in order to test, and if this happened then he lied to me about logging into PS. I did not stay in front of the notebook all the time while I was having problems, sometimes I had to go out, to eat, to go to the bathroom ... normal things to do at home, lol.

Wow, so very upset. I still have not had any answer from the PS. :(:(:(

I'll just wait another day or two and try this other contact. Maybe support@starsaccount.com is no longer the right one to solve this. May be outdated.

I am checking the FAQ and I saw that there is a certain difference between the FAQ in Portuguese of English.

Now imagine ...
And if I create a new account and here some years after having a big bankroll they block or close my new account claiming that I have two.

WHY DO NOT THEY GIVE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT MY SITUATION ??? ALREADY SENT AN EMAIL AS REQUESTED TO CONTACT SUPPORT@STARSACCOUNT.COM

I read your other thread where you said that you, your cousin, and your uncle, all play on Pokerstars using the same device (using three different accounts).

Are they able to login to pokerstars? Or are those two accounts also frozen?

Support proskater usually responds within 12 hours, if you send a letter in English then the answer will come sooner.

Тек сам данас инсталирао игру.Кад сам први пут изасао из игре па касније усао nalog ми је био замрзнут.Моје питање zbog cega mi je nalog zamrznut.
