I started out years ago playing 7-card stud, just for fun on Party, then I moved to No Limit Hold'em free rolls and learned a great deal from them. . .I still play them... Other than placing in a few free rolls a week, most of my experience is at 10-seated sitngos and micro, No limit Hold'em rings at several different sites, at which I've had off and on success/streaks. The reason I never played a money MTT until now is because I felt my game was honed into free rolls. To play
real money tournaments, I felt I needed a slightly different strategy and real money MTT experience, which I didn't have, so I felt the percentages of making it to the money was slim to none. I decided to take a shot since few people entered the tourney...and the buy-in was low...to gain some experience. . . I played decently, nothing close to perfection. I definitely still need more experience.
