FeltStars coming clean.........

:icon_scra Being a loyal player at FS for a long time all day everyday I thought Id found my home to play poker. Sadly as time went by I started having problems reaching admin, game freezes, payout delays etc. New to online poker at that time as alot of us were, didnt have a clue who to contact due to my lack of understanding how STUFF works. After being beat up pretty bad (not literally) I did my research and found that alot of players were having issues with getting paid, long delays in processing cashouts, non-responsive support things of that nature. There are many intities, if you will, which all have a role in making a poker site function correctly. Software and processors are key players. More importantly, their creators or owners even more so. uspokerplayer.com has blacklisted feltstars. They were connected to IGS/GameTech Solutions - Vancover based. FeltStars did use Futurebet/GTS, they use ClickCashier or ePaycashier (IGS/GTS processing).I know this to be true as well. They are claiming they have moved to private processing, which by the way was an option for skins on the GameTech platform. Are they still using GameTech software.? If you will notice the signup process has not changed, (1st clue) Your directed to their website not the poker client as you would be for a real (Merge Skin). The real merge sites cashout US accounts using EWX with zero issues. I dont recall ever seeing EWX listed anywhere as an option for cashing out US players money. This is unfortunate for those us players that fell victim to this. Me being one of them, I will post in forum in detail how FS physically moved $2k from processing and placed it in the slot machine balance window I was playing at the exact second the last of a $50 dollar deposit was spent. True story...

Thanks, I know who JIll is. My issues with Felt go way deep. Im thinking she was at dcr at the time.When you yourself have a hard time even comprehending something that has happened to you, try getting others to believe it? Its a bit of a challenge, :smokin: but Ill get it posted sooner or later. like I said previously, lots of information, trying to condense it and have it make sense is something Im working on as we speak.

The money I had on Reefer Poker was transfered to Felt Stars when they absorbed Reefer....I asked for a payout,,, not sure how long it took,,, not long if I remember right. (I'm 65, memory not great) but anyway I got paid. They sent a Money order. Cash out was for around $300 dollars.

I do not get it either, I have been trying to understand what you said in the OP. Then you said you are going to explain it better. You made a few posts but nothing seems any clearer. Just give us some cliff notes.

Try this.
I told you at one time Id been a loyal player at FS. I told you after awhile I had some issues come up. I then explained the I did a little research finding information linking FS to some not so popular individuals based inVancover! IGS/Futurebet/GameTech Solutions. PokerPlayerUS has a blacklist you can view.

As well as... *removed link* Im just passing on information I think US players should know about. Looking out for my fellow US poker player.

Well, I hate to tell you bud, but it may make more sense if it had context and decent grammar, paragraph structure, etc. Otherwise it is just a nonsensical, nonlinear jumble of info.

Straighten that shit out and maybe some of the more intelligent and literate members here can (absolutehamm, naruto, pooffy, myself) actually make any sense of it.

I think we can all understand that you got shitty customer service in regards to your withdrawal. Then you seem upset that you just noticed that EWX is not used as a processor (?) Then you go on about players being a victim to this, yet it is unclear in your post what "this" is. Finally there is something about FeltStars moving $2K from processing (to you or from you?) to a slot machine money balance window that I assume you just lost your last $50 to.

At least that's what I read from it. See, the words you use make sense, but the way it's presented is horribly confusing.
