Feltstars

I have got around $40 in Feltstars but really do not play there anymore. have been trying to withdraw from there and have sent them all the info requested e.g. passport details etc. However I just cannot get any response from them about the withdrawal.
Has anyone else had any problems withdrawing from Feltstars.

Still getting no where with this. I did manage to get an email response but it was less than helpful. Getting a bit frustrated with them now.
