I sent an email complaining to Full tilt about what had happened earlier and i said i should be refunded or rewarded money for my tournaments i was in. This was their response.

"Hello,

Thanks for contacting full tilt poker Support.

Our game servers were temporarily taken offline for unscheduled
maintenance.

We will review how this connection issue impacted our players and will
credit all affected accounts in accordance with our site rules.

* If the tournament (or Sit and Go) was "in the money" at the time of
the disconnection, all players who were still in the tournament will be
awarded with the next guaranteed payout and refunded their tournament
fee. In addition, the remaining prize pool will be distributed among the
remaining players based on chip count.

* If the tournament (or Sit and Go) was not yet "in the money" at the
time of the disconnection, all players who were still in the tournament
will be refunded their tournament buy-in and tournament fee. These
players will have their buy-ins refunded in the same currency they used to
enter the tournament, unless they earned their entry through a
satellite, in which case they will be refunded the standard buy-in for the
tournament. In addition, buy-ins from players already eliminated from the
tournament will be divided up and distributed among the remaining
players based on chip count.

* If you were involved in a ring game hand, the hand will be rolled
back, returning all funds to those involved (including anyone who may have
folded).

Please note that if you were scheduled to play in the FTOPS event on
August 12, it will be rescheduled. You may check the Full Tilt Poker
software for updates on the tournament start date and time.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while
we review the situation. We look forward to seeing you at the tables
again soon.

well at least they r doing alot more than alot of other sites would do and at least your getting your $$$ back

well it's really great to see that full tilt is actually refunding your money and actually doing something about the problem that occured, it makes me feel more secure whenever im playing in a big tournament when i no i dont have to worry about losing my money because of server problems
