Did anyone play this freeroll last night on FTP??

I did and it lived up to its name!

Started out on a table full of donks.

Got moved shortly after to a table with all sitouts on it. There was one player but i managed to double up on him. (The guy was an idiot. He checked down alot of hands and lost to people that weren't even there :p) SWEET :)

Stayed on it til I took everything out of them. Some of them even got replaced with another sitout.

I was an hour into the tourney before I had to play against anyone decent!!

By then I had got up to about 30,000.

I was playing pretty tight, just trying to get itm.

There was about 30 left when, for no apparent reason, I just lost it and turned into a donk myself

Could have easily made the ft.

I went all-in with middle pair and the guy called and turned over K10.

He made trip Kings on the turn but i knew I was well dead and buried by then.

Any suggestions on what I do with my 11c????

there is a 10 cent tourney that runs daily (With 50 cent rebuys that you cant afford). Other than that I dont think there is much else you can play with just 11c.

Does it have to burn a hole in your pocket?

You can leave it in the cashier - it's cash - it won't spoil.

bankroll Management - can start with even 11cents. Let it build until you do have something decent to play. Donk the 11c away and you're back to -0-.

It makes it hard to play sensibly when you are just sitting there taking blinds and all of a sudden you have people to play. You get so excited that you are playing somebody that you make dumb decisions. Been there, done that. It's like you are bored for so long, you play any ole hand just to be doing something.

Was just being sarcastic bout the 11c. Have played that 10c entry before but it's a bit of a waste of time. People play so loose that you can be KO'd at any point. Have since won a private freeroll and I am gonna be strict on myself and not enter any buy-ins til I get over the $20 mark at least. thanks for your replies.

small

Id save it and keep adding to it,when I started at Fulltilts,I started with zero.I just played freerolls and nickle dimed my way to $50 in 2 months!!,Dont deny small beginnings, those pennies add up fast if you keep adding to it.You shouldnt have to deposit,if you have time to play all the freerolls you can on fulltilt.

Well I got plenty of time and I try to play as many freerolls as I can.

I am signed up to alot of forums so I prob manage to play about 10 freerolls every day!!, even if they are only $25 prize pool.

My main obstacle is keeping away from buy-ins til I have a decent amount in my BR.

I have had a decent BR before but I knew nothing of BR management and wittled it all away by moving up in stakes.

Gonna be hittin the low limits when I do eventually get a decent bit of cash, most likely the 1-table SNG's.

Thanks for the reply and GL.
