I won 314 USD off of a really small deposit. Kinda exciting eh? It was until pokerstars highlighted the pending withdrawal in red with a message saying the following: "These transactions require your attention. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org."
It's been 8 days now since i saw that message and I have emailed that address every day with no response. I have emailed every address of theirs that I can find pleading with them for even just one comment about what's going on with my withdrawal. Haven't heard a single thing from them in 8 days. Anyone have any ideas how I can contact them about my withdrawal or what I can do? They seem content to leave me in the dark...

If this is your first withdrawal you must not have verified your id or address.
Pokerstars respond times have fallen in the last year to about within 24 hours it used to be less than an hour before.
I have not had to wait more than 24 hours for a response from them over the past 6 years.
Contact them via the client their is a contact support form and depending on the time there is a live chat support available.
