Having some issues there and the click at the site on my computer for Black chips frozen?/stuck or whatever. I need to contact support for them and cant seem to get it. I need the direct e-mail address for bcp support. Thanks in advance for any help, Trimming1.

Might want to try 'support' with 2 p's instead of 3. ;)

But you probably want forget that email, it's answered by Merge and their support sucks. Use vip@blackchippoker.eu and you'll get Nathan or one of the other extremely helpful BCP reps directly.

Hi guys,

If you email support@blackchippoker.eu or if you use the support services in the poker client you will be dealing with merge and we (BCP Management) will not even see your emails until you or merge send it on to us.

If you want to talk with the BCP management team (ie: Nathan, Louisa, Chase, Kurt, etc) directly email vip@blackchippoker.eu or affiliates@blackchippoker.eu. This service is not just for players who come in under an affiliate, in fact we promote this email address heavily as the best way of getting support in pretty much every automated email we send to players at BCP aswell as in this thread, our facebook page, etc etc.
