Does anybody know if u can transfer play money on FTP

Was wondering if anybody know if u can transfer play money on FTP and if so how. Thanks Aesop

I assume you mean to another player? Its not possible to transfer play money but if you open a new table with the player you wish to transfer to, you can 'raise and fold' some chips to them, or if you have a lot of chips, play a heads up and intentionally lose.
Be advised that this is technically classed as chip dumping and COULD get you thrown off the site, i've never done it and never will, but i'm sure it wouldn't cause too many ripples doing it with play chips.
Interested to see what other people think of this actually...

i read somewhere there are web sites that let you buy play money.
i believe the going rate is ten dollars per million.

OMG. Who is actually sad enough to buy PLAY CHIPS??? That is the saddest thing in the world. They are so easy to accumulate, I could earn a million in an hour just picking off donks in omaha.

agreed, do not go out and buy play chips, but you can sell them to some websites if you can accumulate a couple mil

Back on topic...like it was stated before...there is no legal way to transfer chips, but there are a few semi-illegal ways (already stated) that I would be willing to bet they will not close your account for.

May I ask why you need to transfer play chips? You get an unlimited amount of them if you run out...

i was just asking because i was going to try and send 100k to my friend so he can play but i will just let him know he was to work for it..lol thanks every1 for the feedback.

why the need to transfer play chips? r u guys trying to get into the playchip hall of fame? there really is one on some sites i think its like 10million in playchips

Tell your friend he's wasting his time - he should rather play freerolls if he doesn't want to deposit - and/or join cardschat - here he can learn more.

The only time I really played playchips was as a total noob to omaha, razz and stud to learn a bit - but it is pathetic.

Maybe his friend isn't old enough to play for real money? Or do you have to be full age to play poker with play chips? :dontknow:
