Do you think 888 poker is joking me?

I did not play at 888 poker recently.
the day before i receive an e-mail from 888 Poker tell me that i have extra cash in my account. It sound good news. but after i log-in, there is no any extra money. Do you think 888 poker is joking me? or that's virus attack.

Why don't you e-mail support@888poker.com and send the screenshot and see what they say because if it is from 888 poker they might give you the money for the error made, i think they have the best customer support out and have always been very good with any problems i have had, gl. ;-)

I just think that maybe this is nothing for my post, so there is no body want to reply it.
I did sent the e-mail to 888poker.com , but they don't reply, too. (how can it possible!?)

It may be an error, a joke, or a virus.
if 888poker.com don't care, i smile at it, too.
