I find that I run a lot better on Pstars than on FT. It's weird - I played on FT on a while and it always seems like I keep getting the most disgusting beats on that site whenever I'm in a big pot.

Anyhow, I just wanted to see if anyone else experiences the same thing or if it's all just variance/luck.

dear Eugenious, i understand you perfectly cus is 4 years i am getting the same s*** .. first i would want to say you run better there ok ... may be because for now on PS you are in a good "wave",but be sure is the same everywere you play... if i m telling you is 4 years i get this like you do.. but not only in full tilt ... 4 years i mean every day every day every day..
i will keep plaining poker because i m sure one day i will be able to defend myself from those hands... and i am not scared to say fair and square is a BOT doing that..because it knows is gonna winning the hand ... ppl say things like:"So to sum it up they rig the site cause they know they can and its not just to make a few bucks, over the course of a year the way its programmed it generates them multi millions more in profits and its done in a way that can look questionable too many but can never really be proven". But what you need to prove? you really think in a 250.000 guaranted tournament 2 + 0.20 with only 50000 players in they are goin to give away 150.000 bucks to us? YouTube- ft_002.avi

I win more at FT. Whether that is because I run better, or the competition is softer or some intangible, I can't really say. I am more comfortable with their software and imagine that has some effect.

yes full tilt is honestly the best i also cant play in another room i am full tilt addicted but full tilt has two faces or more
i mean in micro low medium stakes i am 99,99 percent sure is something not going good... and is not the strategy
of my poker because of the bet ammount... in higer stakes his different.. different decks different flops.. of course if in that hand or in the hand below were 2 zeros more before the comma
i think it was not goin to make an istant call.. dont know if you know what i mean... if we watch that he has JJ
and a backdoor flush but flop is Q 5 A rainbow i can have a set i can have AQ i can have everyting in my poket
and that was an istant call.. ok he was in bluff and there are only $ 2.80 of difference to call but people are not
plaining poker he did this you can be sure also if ae only $ 2.80....

There isnt a great deal wrong with the hands posted, in the first, he could have won with any club, any jack and any 4. You were just unlucky he was chasing all the way.

The 2nd one again, he was probably just playing his aces and got lucky with a 4 outer, or maybe thought he had the flush?

I wonder if style of play varies between sites. The theory being that, since a lot of the time you play against all the same people at some stakes level - and the whole community that plays at that level gets into a certain dynamic. That dynamic might vary from site to site - and some players might find some dynamics easier to beat than others. Hmmmm.

It probably has more to do with the players, a small sample, or coincidence than anything else.

People hand me money on Cake. It's not because I run well on that site, or that I'm an amazing poker player. It's because the players are awful and rakeback never hurts...

I seem to run better on FT, but i think it is also getting use to how a site plays. and the people on the site.
