Today I was going to deposit at feltstars, via usemywallet,nd i get an error saying something about invalid duplicate account or some crap like that.
The only possibility is when reeferpoker merged with feltstars,something was mixed up...and I tried to find out what is the problem exactly,they said my account was banned...end of the subject...like wtf...!

here is the only explanation i got;

How is this even possible as I only have one usemywallet account?...and I had around $70 there too...you guys tell me...jeesh.,and after my fulltilt check bouncing today,per my bank called me first thing this morning..

Sounds pretty annoying for sure.
I considered playing on a few of the merge skins in the past but honestly with names like 'Reefer' poker, 'Felt' stars.... idk... sounded kinda hoakie to me (ie, do I want to invest money on a site named after 'pot'?... why not 'Crack Poker' (lobby could have mostly super turbos, & hyper-turbos).

Sorry not meaning to make light of your experience on there today I'm sure it's extremely frustrating. You've helped with this thread - re-affirmed my choice of only goin' with Carbon Poker on merge.

Hope they work things out for ya.

Your reefer account was merged with feltstars. You should have been able to log in with your reefer info.

I would email them again, explaining the situation.

^^^This, and if you had an existing feltstars and reefer account, they were handling that different when the merge happened. I would see if you can get live chat.

That was from live chat,they refused to answer my email...just said management banned my account now..so thats their solution to a problem...stay the he** away from there...you was warned...

Live chat doesn't know anything.

A number of players have had accounts frozen at various merge sites and with perserverance and politeness have gotten them unfrozen.

I had accounts at both Feltstars and Reefer before the two sites merged. I never had any problem with either of them and, when the two combined, my two accounts were merged into a single one and the balances combined. There was no drama and it doesn`t seem to me that the title of your thread is very fair. I had more money on there than you (more than tenfold) and had no cause for concern.

Chill a little. Email or talk to support. Be patient. If that still doesn`t work after a reasonable time, find out where they are licensed and appeal to the licensing authority.

I signed up at Reefer what seems a million years ago for Women's Poker Club tournament and we all got $20 to play with or something like that. I really didn't like that site; didn't like the name either. Blew my poker winnings in the casino and that was that. Never looked back.

Inspired by this thread I opened it and yes, lo and behold, it's now FeltStars and I'm LarkMarlow there too.

I am so confused at this point. So FeltStars is a Merge skin? And if I decide to sign up at Carbon or Lock I can't use that name?

I've also heard that you can only have "usemywallet" on one of the skins but can transfer between them--is that true?

On top of it all,i found out feltstars swithed to the merge cashout system,instead of their own...so that fact might be part of this problem too...and i was nice and polite until they said your account was blocked by management,and nothing could be done...them switching systems could be the cause of everything...but you cant find out anything...

Perhaps all of this black friday stuff might turn out to be good,because if poker is regulated,poker site will not be able to do things like this without explanation or cause...they sure aint worried about keeping customers either...so they can keep it...and shove it..

What do you mean by that..i use usemywallet at every site...are you tellin me ya can not do this?

Felt was a merge skin that bought reefer and merged reefer into felt. And right, you can't use that name at any other merge skin.

!@!..feltstars wasnt the main problem

I do need to update you all,I contacted a guy who contacted a guy with some *clout* as he put it and my account was unblocked in 15 minutes...and Id been tryin all day....way to go!!!!
He did not know the cause,but he said it was Merge cashier and Not Feltstars who zapped my account.So shame on you Merge Cashier!!!
Now if I just knew why the problem happened,so I dont go there again!!!

So,I need to rename this thread to ***Beware of the Merge Cashier!!!***

congratz on getting your account returned. I didnt know you couldnt have the same username on the merge network. I have a few accounts and they are all named slimez I believe.

I can't log on any more to Feltstars. On my one computer, my correct username and password doesn't work and the error message says that I have an incorrect username and password. And on the other computer, the software never even loads and the error message is that my Internet isn't working, which in reality, is. Support has ignored me so far, but I guess I don't blame them. My money is their money, I suppose. I hate being a criminal, I think I'll straighten out my life.

Lucky you, nightmoves. They have chosen to completely ignore me with my similar problem so I guesss they are crooks, at least with me they are being crooked. I did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to cause my account to suddently not log in, yet it happened. Originally, someone got back to me a day or two after my above post about the problem and walked me through the "solution" which was to reset the password as though I had "forgotten" it. Two times I did that and the ****ing site STILL WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY CORRECT USERNAME AND MY CORRECT PASSWORD.
Live chat said she would forward the problem to the securty dept, but THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. Repeated emails to support go unanswered.
I'm mad. I am not a multi-accounter. I have never even come close to the APPEARANCE of collusion, let alone collude. I never play heads-up, so I know they can't think I'm a chip-dumper. They simply disabled my login and STOLE MY MONEY.
WHY DID THEY DO THAT TO ME??????????????????????

There is another person who has this problem that I know of,I think its some kind of glitch in their system.Possibly when feltstars bought reeferpoker and merged the 2 together.
I know somebody who can help you,if anyone can.My advice is to keep your cool,be nice and be persistant.I will pm you some advice..

when i joined feltstars i had so many problem with deposite and withdraw option but from 6months back when they are using merge cashier ,deposite and withdraw option become much more faster and better , i didnt face any problem this days and im happy with thsi network

I won $540 at feltstars in early March. Still have not been paid. When they changed to Merge cashier, I fell through a crack. Was on their chat (closed down) and got 4 different answers, but no action. Started emailing. Got one that said money was refunded to my account (it wasn't). Got another one said money was sent (it wasn't). Latest: received 2 emails saying they haven't got around to my issue. This has been handled poorly. Anyone else with issue?:mad:

i have same problem ,i applied for withdraw on 25/may its approved but i didnt recieve money on ecocard account//i sent them email i got reply yesterday which they said i have to wait for 4-5 weeks,i dont know why 4-5 weeks !!! such a long time,,i have tried withdraw before ,maximum withdraw time with ecocard was 24 hours but last time they told me 4 - 5 weeks..im going mad now,:mad:

I think ( not positive) that since Black Friday, the support at all sites are experiencing heavy traffic. Look how many ppl came into the Carbon support thread and then were throwing temper tantrums when they were not responded to within two days. I am sure as well that alot who send an email, send multiple emails a day which does not help the situation. I would hang in there, they will clear it up.

Just so you all realize,my pal can only help with feltstars problems mainly...if the problem is with the Merge cashier..he may not be able to do much...because merge cashier works with every merge site,and there is a ton of merge skins....
