Different kind of Bonus?

Hi all!

Im new to the poker world & want to ask in a forum about the different Bonus you can get at sites & also Rake!
I have read on a lot of places about it, but cant get a good grip on it all!
What different bonuses are there & what do they mean?
Deposit bonus, direct bonus, bonus when you play, or after many hands etc, then you can also get money when referring a friend & if he/she starts play or so? Then Rake also!
Can some1 pls explain it & what sites are "the best, or better ones" when it comes to the bonus & so?

The most common type of bonus is a first deposit bonus, basically if you sign up and deposit $xx the site will (for example) match your deposit, so you will have $xx x 2 after you have played X raked hands.

Another type is a reload bonus, which is the same as a first deposit bonus, except it's for people who have already made a first deposit and are looking to re-deposit again.

Other types include no deposit bonuses (e.g. the one featured in the banner on the homepage).
