No, his bank didn't freeze his accounts. He said on twitch that one of his credit card accounts got frozen and he said "oh well, their loss, I'm rich!!" and shrugged it off. It was due to an inactivity on the card or something. I guess that's what happens when you're worth 30m+
He never really played on PS much anyway, he lives in Vegas, he's getting heavily into politics, he's also tied up with getting the NHL to Vegas and setting that all up. Dude still loves and plays his poker as his instagram showed him playing a 500k cash game at Aria 2 days ago.
However even Negreanu would admit he is out of his league online. His play is based so hugely on reads that he is at a disadvantage online. His old streams were good for knowledge though it's a shame they're gone.
If he's not a supporter of PokerStars new VPP scheme I doubt you'll see him play there much at all, he barely did back when it was good!
However PokerStars will not remove him as a sponsor/partner/affiliate or whatever you want to call him, because that's simply bad business.
