a couple of days ago my new visa card just arrived, so I put in some $$$ to finally play poker on real money.
But ... guess what ... my bank doesn't accept payment to "gaming" type of sites, so I am advised to use a program or whatever called neteller ... and guess what again ... they don't accept payments from Romania
After disperately filling forms and subscribing to many many programs I still haven't managed to make a payment to a poker site

what can I do? ... did anyone else experience this problem?

I think the only way out is to make another credit card and to be sure that they accept this kind of transfers

It's not you or your card.Do you have your card through an American Bank? If you do, you can't use it on a gambling site. You can however set up an account with Neteller, Firepay or many other wallets. You make a credit card or direct deposit to, lets say Neteller. You then deposit money into your poker account from there. You generally must pay some sort of handling fee. With Neteller it's 8%.

Also, credit cards through a home equity loan are not under the same restrictions. If all else fails, you can write a check.

I think that writing a check is the way to go
I have a visa card issued by a romanian bank and they apparenly blocked all transactions to gambling sites
neteller doesn't offer services for romania and and firepay is US only
I've also tried many other sites like click2pay and they say that I have an invalid credit card number, although e-bay accepted my card and I even made some transactions there.
So ... I'll see what I can do

You have to talk to them and make ANOTHER bank account, throw maybe $100 in there, and then use that account because they dont want people trying to trick the bank by saying 'someone took $100 of my dollars' when the person really spent the hundred on online poker. Hope you like my tips :):)
