Creation of an account on GGpoker, for players from Ukraine.

I would like to create an account on GGpoker, but I am not sure that account registration is available for players from Ukraine.
Maybe someone in our community can give me some information on this.

Can USA players play here?

When you try to set up acc there following countries (to have clearly some cardchatters) are unavailable: EST,LAT,LTU, SWE, DEN, looks like same applies to United States and these are just some examples
