Basically the odds of 4 of a kind here are 1 {first card can be anything} * 3/51 * 2/50 * 1/49 = 1/20,000ish. I am assuming we have no foreknowledge of any other cards, excuse me if this is wrong as I don't know stud that well.
Now, for A-J suited the first card can be any 1 of 16, then the remaining 3 are drawing from 3, 2, and 1 cards respectively. So 16/52 * 3/51 * 2/50 *1/49 = about 1/68,000ish.
That's probably off but I think the logic is right.
