Cool Poker Resources........

Hi guys,

I just thought it would be a good idea to create a thread with links to handy resources that can help us to make more money and do better from playing poker online.

I play 90% of my poker online and am always eager to hear about new tools so I thought others would be too.

A cool tool I use is:

SharkScope - The Largest Online Poker Tournament Results Database

It gives you 5 FREE searches a day. Simply go to "search database" and type in the details.

i have that same feeling but give it a few days{maybe hours} to see how it unfolds

btw curtis has linked us to the best poker resource imo

sry bad with these things does "imo" = in my opinion.....and yes def. the best resource couldnt think of any better

Don't you have to pay for Shark? OPR is free.

Interesting to know that. Meanwhile, how much money did you make from poker ??

I am not an afilliate of Sharkscope or any other program I was going to recommend. It was a genuine thread to share each other tools we use. You guys are seriously paranoid!!

If anyone spams it then thats not my fault!!!

To avoid the whole spam thing I wont link (does that mean I avoid it or am I just bending the rules)

Other Forums
CardsChat is a great forum and it is my main forum but i also post on other forums because they offr a different insight and the more opinions you get on various things the better as it will help you formulate the best way to play that hand or whatever. CC is #1 though.

Video Coaching sites
You will almost definately have to pay for these but they are invaluable IMO as the let you inside pros minds and see how the crush online poker for $200k+ a month.(sounds like an add, sorry). But they are very helpful at teaching ypu new concepts and I find audio/visual learning easier than reading articles.

Tracking software
Poker Tracker 3 will be the leading software when it is relaesed in a short while. Very helpful for keeping track of your own play and your opponents and it dosnt require you spend hours importing hands as it can do that automaticaly for you.

Free online sites like poker dominator require a bit more work but the are free, the downside is the dont let you track your opponents very easily.

Sharkscope and OPR are great for SNG and MTT ers.

Session Reviews/HH analysis
Post them in the forums and get advice on situations where your unsure of what to do. Very helpful and informative.

This site is invaluable for AHK script downloads for helping with poker imo. Overcards.com
