Connectivity Playing On Mobile Device

Hi not sure if this should be here or posted somewhere else, also sorry admins if naming the site I is against rules I'm new so not sure. Lately since the change over from pokerstars.com to pokerstars.eu i found the connectivity when using the App on my phone drops off a lot lately. Has any else had the same problem and have they found a way round it? It can be really annoying b3ecause you can see your hand and you might have slam dunk of a hand and someone pushes all-in in front off you and you are trying to call but your hand times out before you are reconnected.

Are u sure in stability of your internet connection? Try to reinstall or update your application to another way

I have the same stupid problem sometimes when I'm playing from my tablet, it freeze and stay in conecting for a few seconds.
When it comes back I'm absent and I couldn't even play the hand.

I have no problems with sportsbook or Bovada
