I first experienced the loss of connection on Titan a few months ago and have been, of course, angry due to the loss of money I probably would have experienced due to very good positions in tourneys.
Titan´s reaction upon my repeated complaints: No fault there (of course); Must be my provider. Yep, I thought, sounds convincing: My provider stops the Data-Packages from Titan (mostly at countdown "1") and lets all the other Packages (Pokerstars, eMail, Chats) pass. I´ve been working with PC´s since 81, a time without Windows or mice (we had to program everything by our own using Pascal, Assembler, C+) and I admitt experiencing rage when I hear bullsh*** like that coming from "customer service". Actually, it seems to be as suspected: iPoker cannot cope with too much traffic, doesn´t know how to improve and has ordered personell to lying. No other explanation possible. I´ve left iPoker-Netzwork, as don´t want to experience losing connection whilst going good in a large tournament.A mere refund cannot repair the damage done.
Ma advice: DON´T PLAY iPOKER UNTILL IT IS SAFE!!
