As far as I know, you can play anywhere as long as you have your log-on info, such as name and password. The sites know people play on laptops and from different locations. Besides, if you're behind a firewall, as you should be, doesn't that disguise your IP?
BEFORE I firewalled, a hacker key-logger stoled ALL MY MONEY at Bodog. I asked Bodog to limit my play to my home IP address only, and they said they wouldn't do that, because people want to play on their laptops from various locations, and they really didn't have a way to make an exception for me.
As to country freerolls
, my guess is that qualification is based on where you registered rather than current IP address. But there's an easy way to find out. Ask them.
