Are Coin freerolls from Full Tilt worth the time?

I have been playing the Coins freerolls from full tilt poker for more than a month and got a few Tickets for Freerolls but with many players or the famous Spin tournaments where luck is all that counts, so I will like to know your experiences in this Coins options.

My only experience was when I played only one coin that between 3 million players and was among the 18 finishers taking a ticket to a tournament of $ 11 .

But it was on pokerstars , Full Tilt Poker not .

The Coin Freerolls in Full Tilt poker are only available to Club players who made a real money wager within 9 hours 40 minutes from Tournament.
Is not clear who much a wager is needed, I had play Ring games but if you fold is not taken into account.

Basically they want you to have paid some rake within the time period, so for cash the hand must have rake contributed to the house .... or just play any sng or mtt etc unless its the sng satties which have no rake .... i tried those since it specifically states a wager and didn't really mention having to pay rake but obv it wants rake since those didn't work.

I couldn't be bothered with them, never usually online during when I could play them anyways to try and get some coins but i guess if you are on and got room for an extra table at least they are fast being hypers and can build up coins to take shots at the deal and have that dream of hitting the jackpot lol.

The freerolls available pre players club were much better, the edge freerolls but o well.

Every coin wagered adds $0.03 to the deal jackpot, so your stake in each coin will be even less than that. It seems almost like a play money tournament tbh
