Okay so i keep constantly losing at PS wich is ****ing frustating you know? So 1 night i decided i hit the vodka a little too much and i sent them this

You guys should be really ashamed of your self. Rigging it for action, but the most for the way you ruin people lifes.
Before i started this game i was a good guy who controlled his self and with a job
Now not anymore, i got fired at it for attacking my collegues.
That is because you mother****ers turned me from a good guy to a ****ing aggresive loose cannon.
Say something i dont like, call me bad at poker and i will ****ing beat you to half death.
All thanks to you ****ing site, you ruined my life and i ****ing hate my life.
If i didnt had a family, i would have commited suicide thanks to you site.
Just explain me why i win this 215 dollar, BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! And then i keep losing and now im at ****ing $43

i clearly said there that if i didnt had a family i would but i do and im not sellfish son of a bitch who leaves his family for some shitty game.

the other thing i saif was that.people already commited suicide because of ps and i felt that you should care more about the costumers

NOWHERE did i imply it was me who was gonna do suicide im against it so taking a further.look at it, do you really have a reason to block me?? And yes poker made me more aggresive but you dont ban mr hellmutg from poker either so

Wow, the email you sent, whether drunk or sober warrants a 10-13. You need a break from poker. Take a year or two off. Nobody can fault PS on the actions they have taken.

I would explain to them your drunken tirade and ask them if you can play again in a year or so. I know they are pretty firm with closing accounts and leaving them closed. I would explain that you made a mistake and in a year hopefully will have a clear head.

Sounds pretty clear, get whats left on your account and move on.

You got what you deserved, just the mention of suicide is enough for them to permanently ban you, they have to act on such matters by law.

If it came out that you committed suicide and they didn't act responsibly by banning you after receiving an email like you sent they would find themselves in trouble.

Yep as Zorba said, a very understandable ban. I know personally I would put a life ban on anyone suggesting suicide.

First, you clearly can't handle your drink - so stop drinking or get help if you can't stop drinking and feel you aren't responsible for your own actions.

Second, you're an idiot and you deserved a ban. I agree 100% with pokerstars here and would never reverse your ban. Lastly I'd also suggest not playing poker again.

I checked your other threads and it seems poker is having a effect on you. Your thread before this one it's about how stressed you are because of poker. You need a break. Find a new job and do something that doesn't stress you out for fun. Come back a year or two with a clear head and try again.

Your first port of call after your sent that email should have been a groveling apology. Not a second attack and defense of your behaviour, we all make mistakes, you should have admitted yours.

If I was in pokerstars shoes, I would leave the ban in place.

i admitted mine they didnt care so then i used another tactic but im not a manupilator so i dont know how to get them to unban me

I know this will be hard for you but look at it from their side.

Best case: They let you back and make a few hundred, maybe a few thousand in rake and you never even tilt again. All is well.

Worst case: They let you back, you get drunk, lose all your money, and kill your family and yourself. They get sued for a few million (minimum) or even just take a huge PR hit if the press picks up the story.

The risk isn't worth the reward. They don't "know" you. All they have to go on is the ramblings of a drunken lunatic. Zero chance they ever let you back.
