Hi,
I wonder is there an any protection against cheaters at the table.
It seems to be quite simple to cheat. Someone can just play with his friend on the one cash game table or in the STT. Possibly there can be even 8 friends that plays against one player. Less players in the tournament more risk.
Do you think is there a many players who do cheat?

Like live situation. For sure they can be at the same table and at the same house. Yep that exist. Think about that; if your friends is online and he is sit at the same table as you, do you text him your hand??? If you are 2-3 in the and and you are with him in that situation!!!!!!

I don't think there is many like this but for sure there is. I would say that they don't know your hand so still there is chances for but if notice something like that leave the table and find another one to play in same chances

every online hand is recorded and it doesn't take much for sites to run an opponent to see if the same people are regularly playing each other. then to run an analysis of whether they are laying properly against each other or if they are playing with the benefit of knowing cards that their indicating card sharing etc.
Software would find the people to analyse and possibly any dodgy play before alerting staff to investigate further .

If the room is cleaver enough (which they are.. we are talking about serious amounts of money these rooms make), the analyze every hand (in an automatic way)

So, for example, if 8 friends play all day long against 1 person at that same table (which will leave and another players comes in and the same 8 stay there), the software will notice!

I also think that most rooms don't allow more than 2 accounts from 1 IP address... so yeah..

Protection have poker sites exist and in Relation to play on one arm will not work, as the player is the main client of any online poker site therefore monitor the integrity of the game

What you are describing is not cheating, it is called collusion. Friends sit at the same table and talk live on the phone or online. Poker sites are usually monitoring for that, using algorithms built into their programs. Of course, collusion still happens, but I don't think it is worth being too worried about it, just play solid poker and you will still do well even at a table where there is collusion.
