Is it possible? I made my account in 2008 and used my actual first name.

No. But you can tell them you used some private information in your screenname and maybe they will allow you.

Is that possible ?? Have they done it in he past ?? I thought it was completely impossible to change your username on pokerstars :) Only if you became one of their ambassadors they would let you for sure change your screenname :)
So , if I used personal info on my username ..... 3722BMZ ... it looks like phone call numbers or text numbers I have seen in the past in some advertisements or movies lol (1234FREE or whatever lol ) , or maybe a bad password , hhmmmm , what should I tell them ???

I said maybe. If you used YOUR personal information, not just phone from some adverts. When you register they tell (or told): don't include any personal info like your name, surname.. Your nickname doesn't look like name or surname. If it is your password they probably will tell you to change it.

I met a guy at play money table, he said someone reported about his screen name and found it offensive so Pokerstars closed that account and told to open new one.
Oh, I met a girl on CC who said she didn't use her previous account for 5 years. Of course Pokerstars closed it. Then now she opened a new one cause couldn't log in into previous. And asked PS if it is ok, explained full situation. They said it's ok, they even can assist her to re-open her previous account.

Interesting info about this matter cheeeer . Good to know . The cases that you have actually the possibility to open a new account are very few I guess , but it's not impossible to be done sometimes as it seems :)

I'd never thought you could change your screenname. That's why I always put so so so much thought into the name before making it.

I have great sympathy for those who chose a name that was already taken and accepted the first _x123 variation Pokerstars suggested because they just wanted to get on the tables so bad lol.
