changing seats at stars

say I am on a table and have a player to my left who then has a seat to his left open and no one waiting. How can I jump on that seat quick like, or can I ? ATM I have to open lobby and search for the table and by the time I do anything the seat is gone....

Just answering this off the top of my head but if you request to leave table then just click the empty seat that you want you should be able to change. The table doesn't close when you leave your seat if I remember correctly. Haven't played cash in a while on stars.

Nope, mine closes. I need to look if it is a preference or changeable... but it closes...:(

That sucks. Just joined a PLO game to see if I could figure it out and I can't. My table closes when I leave too. There's no option to stand up on the chip box which I thought there would be. :confused:

Try right clicking on the seat you want and click 'put me here'.
dont play there so i dont really know.

Mine closes too, i tend to just quickly click the X, click on the lobby and then quickly find the table (it will still be red on the lobby for a few seconds) Just gotta be quick afaik... Id like to know if you can leave the table somehow and keep the table open also..

That just moves the entire table so you are in that spot, but your relative position remains the same.

from my experience, you have to leave the table quickly, then try and find it again. can you not buddy him, and search him? (been a while since I played cash at PS)

maybe by contacting support, you open their minds to the problem and that there are players out there that want to do this and THAT may get them to make it an option....... if enough people ask for it. start a campaign if it is not an option at this point.

The only thing I hate about PS. I guess they do it so people don't just abuse the fish but thats what I want to do.
