Changing Paypal Details on Pokerstars

Hello guys!

I'm having a hard time getting through to pokerstars support so I can change my paypal account. I had to use my mother's business Paypal for my first deposit because I didn't have online banking. I sent them a message last night at about 9:30 WET and I still haven't gotten anything back of them. the fact they don't have live Chat pis*** me off. There isn't even a notification E-mail to let you know they have received your query. A company that makes €2M revenue a day doesn't have live customer service. It's a joke. I'm going on a rant because I've been waiting for ages to no avail. 0

Sorry about this, I'm just frustrated.

I agree that it is strange that Pokerstars does not have any live chat support, considering the amount of profit that site produces. Every other poker site I play on has live chat support.

what other poker rooms would you recommend? Every review I stumble across is in some way, shape or form affiliated with the brand. Just looking for an unbiased opinion.

I know but it's not like they have gotten back to me and it's currently in progress. I'm left completely in the dark on what's happening. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.
