Carbon is having a Sit N Go Leader board promotion
The promotion states:
"Compete in any Regular/Turbo or Hyper Sit & Go in any of the below stakes categories and you will receive 1 point towards the leaderboard. Play 1 Sit & Go and get 1 point;"
and
"Double or Nothing, Step & Go and Knockout Sit & Go's qualify for this promotion"
It also says nothing about only counting NLHE, etc... I questions support and was told that PLO8 SnGs do qualify.
The problem is, I don't think they are properly awarding points at all. At least for the $1.10 category in the "Regular/Turbo" list, they appear to only be counting Regular NLHE Sit N Gos, as none of my double or nothing or PLO8 or turbo SnGs appear to be awarding points.
Customer support has basically been dismissive of my inquires, even saying "Unfortunately if the points are not in the board it means that they were not won" which is odd, since these points are said to be awarded for simply playing.
Be advised if you are participating in this.
