Carbon Poker Tournament Tickets

Ok, so over the past few months I have been awarded tournament tickets on Carbon poker. I have searched and searched under the tournaments tab and I cannot find any of these tournaments to save my life. In fact, one of them has expired as of today. Its gotten frustrating to the point that I emailed carbon about this. The keep giving me generic responses as if I am a 90 year old geriatric who's only been using the internet for a week. :withstupi It's gotten uber frustrating....so, I am asking this to you guys. Other than finding tournaments under the tab in the carbon client, is there any way to see when or what tournaments are taking place? Is there a shortcut to finding which tournaments my tickets are good for? How can I tell if my tournament has already taken place? Thanks cc'ers.

you have to find a tournament and when you hit register and it gives the amount, there is an arrow on the right that will drop down a menu and allow you to use the coupon or not.
They are tricky to find, good luck.

I understand all that....for example....I have two chip king freeroll tickets....how do I know if these have already been played?

Well in your admin, it should say if the ticket is active, and a date...
I may not be much help, I don't get many tickets, I have only dealt with a few.

well there is a date, but I believe it is the day they gave it to you.....I'm going to double check this....thanks either way.

I've found carbon poker tournament listing to be very cofusing also...they should definitely change it around a little to make it a little easier to navigate

and for the record, it shows the date that you were given the ticket which has nothing to do with the date or even month of the ticket.
