I hope none of you have had to endure the Carbon Poker Sanity test. I am in the midst and I think I'm about to fail. It started a long time ago and it goes like this (I shall try and keep it as short as possible) - Carbon Poker caught my interest some time ago while it was still quite new, I made a small deposit to test the waters but it didn't take my fancy due to low traffic volume. Fast forward to a few weeks back, on a recommendation I went back, deposited another small amount via neteller. However it had improved only slightly imo, not enough to warrant long term commitment and the software upgrade didn't improve things so put in a withdrawal request. Nothing happened, when emailed they said I have to submit verification documents. Downloaded their form, sign it scan it, scan UK driving licence both sides, upload the files. Did all that, waited again, emailed again, reply came back "You must complete and upload verification documents"!! Replied, said I had done all that but attached the files again to the email - and waited. emailed them again, somewhat testily this time. Reply came back, you must send copy of your visa card ending xxx (which must have been when I originally deposited all that time ago). Emailed them again saying that that card had now expired and had been destroyed. Reply came back this morning. "Withdrawal request denied. You must complete and upload all requested documents"
The sum involved which Carbon Poker seem desperate to hang on to amounts to the mighty sum of just $38!
Well, I surrender, they've won! To save what little sanity remains I shall go back to Carbon, splash that $38 dollars around in crazy plays and let other players have it rather than let Carbon keep it.
