Carbon Poker Promotion/Real Money Ledger Issue

Hi everyone,

I wanted to notify all my fellow Carbon players out there of an issue I've encountered that may have or might happen to you as well. I'm a regular Carbon player and I'm currently participating in the Winter Wishlist and 2 a day Promotion. Every day before I play I check my status of these promotions, VIP Points, real money Ledger, etc. Here are all the tasks I've completed so far for the Winter Wishlist Promotion:

1. Deposit in December
2. Play in the Nightly $5.50 tournament on Dec 5th
3. Play Nightly $11 tournament on Dec 11th
4. Play 25 raked hands in a day, 5 times in the month
5. Earn 10 VIP points in a day, 10 times in the month

So here's the issue - Every day since the day after I played in the Nightly $5.50 tournament on Dec 5th it showed in my player admin as COMPLETE. Not only did it show as complete, I initially didn't know how to check my status of the promotions so I did a live chat with one of the reps and he told me how AND even told me what I HAVE completed so far which included the Nightly $5.50 tournament on Dec 5th. Which I knew I completed because I played in it, lol. This tournament also showed up in my Real Money Ledger.

Today I checked on my promotions and now out of the blue it shows the "Play in the Nightly $5.50 tournament on Dec. 5th" as INCOMPLETE!?!? I didn't let it worry me…yet, because surely it will be in my Real Money Ledger right? WRONG! It mysteriously disappeared from there too! Now I'm worried. EVERYDAY this task showed as complete AND listed in my ledger. I played in the tournament. I immediately do a live chat and explain the problem and they say, "well, it doesn't show you played in the tournament." So luckily, I save all my chat transcripts because you just never know. I told them that one of their reps even confirmed I had played in it and told them I have the transcript to prove it and copied and pasted it in the chat. The rep says, "Thank you, I have created a ticket and a representative will contact you within 24hrs."

So as of right now I'm just waiting to hear back. All I can say is they better correct their mistake or I'm cashing out.

I have two questions to all the Carbon players:

1. Have you ever had a session disappear from you ledger or promotion status get changed like mine did? And;

2.If you are participating in the Winter Wishlist Promotion (or any other promo) on Carbon did any of the tasks you completed get reversed? If you haven't checked today please check and post your findings here. I'm curious if this was an isolated incident or if their system is having problems. It will be helpful for all the Carbon players to check and if they find any issue to report it immediately.

Hey I play on carbon everyday. I too am also taking part in the winter wish list program. I have completed 4 of 7 tasks so far. I have never experienced what you have and that does sound really weird. I really dont have any good advice obtaining to what you should do. I guess thats the risk of playing online poker.

Yes I got similar before, I emailed my hands history to carbon's customer support and they correct for me the next day..
