Carbon Poker Problems

For the past few days I have not been able to get on carbon keeps saying unable to connect to configuration network. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution. Thanks.

I have been on the last 5 days in a row. I would check your firewall to see if an update accidentally blacklisted the Carbon executable. Or maybe a Windows update jammed Carbon. You may need to do a full uninstall then reinstall it.

Just my thoughts.

I also have been on the past 5 days, when i had that problem i just reseted my router and it worked fine.

I have had a couple of issues with them in the past regarding cashouts. However the best thing to do in this situation is to stay calm and call them.

still no luck I want to do the uninstall reinstall but the website wont let me redownload already allow cookies and ect. from site any more idea? The problem on redownload is go to site click the download link and nothing will come up for me to save or run.

My suggestion is try to find a free VPN to make connectivity and game speed smooth.
Yes, the suggestion looks funny , but I do think the problem may come from your internet service company.... like me, on Sunday, I barely connect carbon, due to the technical problem from Verizon.

if that happens frequently, think find a free VPN is a good solution, and works on most of the situations.

BTW: very important, DO NOT USE VPN, when you are going to deposit, cash out, online banking, order something check out your online shopping cart , etc etc!!!!!!!

I'm in California and a few months ago I remember a similar problem where it ended up being a router in Oklahoma (or somewhere east of OK) that had screwed up its router tables. There was nothing I could do, nor my ISP. It cleared after about a week. In my case it was a different poker site, and I couldn't get to their website even to pass along a complaint.

However, it is important that you report these weird issues to your ISP so that they can begin to help the cloud keepers.

Sometimes it is a router issue. And that needs ISP intervention.

Sometimes it is your ISP's dns acting strange. You can find better DNS servers and see if that helps. You would have to search for DNS testing. Google makes one, but I am beginning to loathe them based on some of the questionable donations they have made recently. But their tool will help you find DNS servers. Then change them in your network adapters settings and see if that helps.

No problems with Carbon, but, had a security certificate issue with Black Chip. Finally got it resolved.

Is Carbons payout problems back to normal?
