Carbon Poker Problems

I was out in Arizona for a month and when I and signed onto carbon I got a pop up for an update of the program. It was around a 24,000 bit update and I ran it. When it was finished the site went off. I tried to sign in again but got a message that the shortcut con on my screen was no longer used. Anyone else know anything about this.

I did the same update and the software works normally

Maybe it creates a new icon on your desktop, try downloading the software again by the Carbon poker site and reinstall ..:)

same here

just re type in the ur log in name with the password again, then everything back to normal...

If this keeps happening re download the software and see what happens. If not i would contact suport

Just make a new shortcut, Carbon might of moved were it was installed at! you missed a lot of updates, in that one month, so that might be why!

Yeah Roland. Sounds like you need to dump your old short cut and make a new one from the fresh software.
