Carbon poker login trouble

I've deposited once before on Carbon, and have played there almost exclusively for a few months now. I've known my login information by heart since I began there as I've used the same info universally for most the sites I play/have played on. So I'm at my parents house trying to play some games while I dog sit for the weekend and I DL the client on their mac, it installs fine, but everytime I log in nothing happens. It acts like its loading then just goes right back to login screen like I didn't type it the info in right. I don't understand what the issue is, the only real difference is I'm on a MAC here and usually play from a PC...but other than that I don't know what the deal is. Anybody know what could be the issue I've emailed support already, no response though...

Support aren't much good so they might not be any help. You need to log in with your email address, not your username so that might be the problem.

Actually it turned out to be a weird situation. So as I said I had to download the mac client to play at my parents. I went to carbon's website, clicked download now under poker, and installed. The login screen looked identical to what I'm used to on my PC, however I noticed that the shortcut it created said "Carbon Sports" not Carbon Poker. I thought this was really odd so I uninstalled and tried to DL again, and the same thing, it kept on giving me a "Carbon Sports" client. I did email support and in the mean time I tried actually logging on to my account through their website in my web browser, and then downloading the client once I was logged in successfully. This actually allowed me to DL the poker client and then my info worked and I was able to play. I am really curious though as to what this whole "Carbon Sports" is???

I'm having the exact same problem. Thought your solution might work for me as well, but even when I'm logged into the site it still gives me the CarbonSports client instead of the CarbonPoker client. I've installed and uninstalled it twice. Grr. Where on the Carbon site did you find the download that worked?
