Carbon Poker Closed Acct.

Out of curiosity,,I politely asked..If some1 wanted to be blocked from certain parts of poker site (ala Casino) Could it be done ? They assumed it was me,, and permanently blocked my acct,,and any future accts..Again..i was only asking a ? for future reference.And was wondering about access to poker side of the site, only..possibly in the future..Here it is I have a minimum of $ 20.00 if not more coming to me,from a tourney that resumes on Tuesday..cause it was shut down..after money was made..( Las Vegas $ 10,000 freeroll...Strangely enough..as they we're in the process,of closing my acct..i was sent $ 15.00 in casino for my play/ and or deposits recently..And if that doesn't hit me in the gut,,enough..An hour after i was sent a $ 215.00 coupon into a $ 125.000 tourney , which plays tomorrow..I think this is wrong and was a misunderstanding,but also..that they can take money(deposits) without any problems,,but yet when it comes time to get money, and or receive bonuses ,Etc! You have to go through an act of congress..And they use the term..getting to know they're customers..Didn't matter when they received your money..without, any problems..My concern is the won't honor what i have coming to me, b/4 doing this..I won't stop..and wonder if legal avenues, can be pursued against online sites , that do this ?

As if thats not bad enough,,they tell me..they can't reverse,,and reopen acct..pokerstars years back..was able..when US players we're allowed to play there,,cause i did it.

I was also curious if I could have my Carbon casino disabled as well. Sure am glad I didn't ask them about it.

I have not played on Carbon in over 4 years, I had an issue with them that I won money, and tried to cash out, and they made up this excuse that my information did not match which was bs, and I explained everything, but it did not matter. Carbon SUCKS

Carbon Poker Closed Acct...Part 2

As i mentioned earlier..in the ripped off version,of this story(haha) My acct was closed,because of asking a ? about could a person..download the poker only side of the site,and or limit access to casino..in future..if need be..My acct,was closed..and told it cannot be reopened.My only gambling problem,,is i don't gamble enough..Do poker pro's ( i'm not 1) who lose millions have a problem..probably,and most do..Do they lose access to the accts.No..Carbon Poker..Clearly states..You are allowed 7 deposits,a month..After that..You should get a friend or relative to make a deposit on your behalf..Does that sound like someone who cares..?They get theirs.I'm in the middle of no/where,and away from casino's..went over a year without playing poker..been back 3 weeks..and do not deposit, what i don't have..and don't with credit cards,,I should have been allowed to finish playing the extra's, I was given..I may have eventually went elsewhere,,but that was wrong..Guess a good poker site is really limited, now..Sorry for the long posts..I'm new here...thx...
