Carbon Poker $500 daily missions

I have opted in on the promotions page on the website carbonpoker.com. Went to player admin and opted in so it would track my progress so i could get tickets to the $500 freeroll when i complete a daily mission.

Well todays was play in a real money ring game with a rake. I played in the .02/.04 games multi tabled 3 tables, last night for hours and today for 5 hours.

I still can't register for the tournament. It starts in like 2 hours and i don't understand why im not eligable for the daily mission. maybe someone on here plays in them and can help me out. Thanks!

Hmmm, well it is yesterday's play that gives you today's ticket. And yesterday was not ring game, I think it was mobile day, it was one I don't do. Today is ring game day, and you will get the ticket tomorrow. When you are on Carbon, click on the "more" button when the ad for missions comes up on the left, that will take you to the schedule. Tomorrow u have to play one SNG, for the ticket to come on Thursday, and so on.

I have had the same problem with carbon. For some reason, any promotions i was part of with carbon would have to be manually updated. So if I completed the daily mission, I would have to contact support and have them manually send me a tournament coupon for the daily mission freeroll. It was a real pain in the ***. I had this problem at the beginning of this month and also in January. I guess they still have not fixed it. Your best bet is to contact live support so they can manually send you the coupon.

just want to say , it is not carbon's problem.
Yes, sending an Email to customer support is a good idea.:):):)
