Carbon Poker?

Has anyone ever made a successful withdrawal from Carbon? If so, which payout system did you use? For the time being, I don't recommend having them sending a check. It's been almost five weeks since my withdrawal from Carbon, there's no check in sight, and Carbon just responds with form letters. What's the point of a poker forum playing at a poker site if the site doesn't really let players access their money there?

Ive made withdrawals from Carbon using PICCLub and now E-walletxpress and it was very fast. Ive never requested a check from Carbon though, Im surprised its taking so long.

Checks take almost 2 months, just received mine from a withdrawal in late september

I have made all my withdrawals with ewalletxpress, no issues at all.

PICClub is no longer an option on the Merge Network, btw.

they did a batch check run Nov 29th..if u got in before cool...else....its a waiting game AGAIN.

This is ridiculous. In their form e-mail, they say checks take 3-4 weeks, and to feel free to contact them if it takes longer than that. I pointed that out to them in my last email to them, which they are now not responding to.

Lol, just rape them on the blackjack tables as I just did.

Carbon seems to be a very shady site in terms of money and site integrity. It is a shame since I enjoyed their software but anyone who plays there, I wouldn't count on getting a cent back.

I share your concerns. Waiting for a check that long would be enough to move on. I just made my first deposit last week (used CChat600) and am still waiting for verification? Completed the verification info and am still waiting. I also checked out their own forum (their link). A moderator had issued a warning that members must stop posting allegations of theft, fraud and cheating on the part of Carbon. Doesn't sound good, does it?

They can be slow but they ALWAYS pay out. Amazing to hear concerns about site integrity from someone who says they play at UB.

How many forums put up with disgruntled players casting aspersions about theft, cheating and fraud? All very serious allegations and absolutely scandalous ones to level at an organisation without evidence.
Someone's withdrawal may take longer than they'd like... so it's okay to call the site crooked? I've played there for over 4 years and i can tell you it's NOT. I mod on that forum, and no-one is allowed to sling around unfounded allegations. I get no personal gain from modding, but i am loyal to a site i've played on for years. They aren't perfect but they ARE straight.

Carbon looks and sounds good. That's why I made a first deposit. But, it seems that for small room, they have a lot of allegations. At a minimum, they need to significantly improve their customer service. Since it appears to be a nice site, it would be ashame if they don't develop and continue as a result of poor image. Think about the number of stores or services you stop using because of inadaquate service. There's always a Walmart or pokerstars down the street.

From experience, UB works and Carbon doesn't.

I use ewalletXpress to withdraw.

How come the cashout process being so long? Their promotional banner claimed their payment process is quck & fast ga bo???!~!!!! I think you better chat with their customer servicers in live support for the details...

I received a new email yesterday saying the check went out last week (though the transaction was approved Nov 19th!) and I should expect the check in a week or two. I'll believe it when I see it.

My check arrived after 2 months and Im waiting to make sure it cashes to spend it.I just put in another withdrawal a week ago,so hopefully this one will go faster,but doubt it

Yep, payouts are too slow, especially checks. Maybe improving that side of things would lessen the trickle of players crying foul. It is amazing how few of them bother to come back into the forum to tell people when they DO get paid. Obviously it's more about venting than anything in the public interest.

To sammy, UB had a proven scandal, Carbon has had a few outspoken critics. I've played, withdrawn and been on that site for four years and i know it's straight. Late maybe but straight...

ewallet works well got my payout in 3 business day fi can vouch been on there for a year. SITE IS GREAT!!! love the rabbit and show 1 card feature

F**k checks! They take too long. Were in 2010 now ppl. Wire the money online into ur bank or an account....

I have never had problems with withrawal on Carbon. They paid relatively fast tho it wasnt a big amount of money. I use moneybookers.

Feb 1, and I finally got my check from Carbon today. While I'm grateful, if Carbon regularly takes this long to get people their checks, then they should be upfront and inform people of it, or just stop using checks as a withdrawal option altogether. From Carbon's point of view, think of how much anguish they would save their support, who then wouldn't have to deal with emails from pissed off almost-ex-customers wanting to know where the hell their checks are.

i have withdraw loads of times from there also no problems usaly takes 3 day before its in my account i do it through moneybookers
