Carbon deposit bonus

So I finally made 375 points at Carbon and supposedly cleared $5.

At FT and PS, the bonus is instantly awarded to my account.

So far, that hasn't happened at Carbon.

How long does it take Carbon to release the bonus increment?

In my experience they've always paid instantly.

I would contact support and see what they say, they're normally good.

I chatted with their live support. It turns out that the bonus code I used requires me to make 1200 points(!) before the first $10 is released. I got 200% bonus in return for the tougher clearing limit.

It took me 6 months playing 4NL to clear 375 pts... so it's gonna take me more than 18 months at this pace to clear $10! Thus for me to clear the full $100 in deposit bonus, it'll take me 10.5 years at this pace! LOL.

This plus the $15 charge for withdrawal (check is the only option offered to me) is a drawback.

Well at least I am getting 35% rakeback and the competition is bad so I'll stick with Carbon. I screwed up using a bad code to sign up.
