Is anyone planning on playing this? There's a couple different entry methods. I'm on to step 2... pretty easily so I assume there will be loads of people in it as well.

This seems cool but I wonder if there is a catch to get in it

No, there's no catch to get in. You just need to qualify one of several ways. I agree with ythelongface. Their tourney and VIP structure is not what I'm looking for and are some of the factors driving me away from this site.

TBH now is not the time to be driven away. Their guaranteed structures are all new and there is a LOT of money added to a lot of their G games. I played in a 10 or 13$ game last night with over 1k added.

What's a 'G' game? I looked in the lobby of all completed tournaments. Arer you sure there was $ added? I saw a lot of games in the $11 rangle with guaranteed $1k or $2k with rebuys, but no money added.

FWIW, their freerolls are now amongst the most generous. $200 every 4 hours, and then they added PLO just 1 hour before HORSE. The fields are 1/3rd the size of Full Tilt. The only thing I don't understand is why they pay out only 10 spots. Although it's an improvement from the 5 spots they gave out just a month ago with $50 added, with $200, this is a significant win for a freeroll. Top 2 places pay out $60 and $40. You'd think they'd wanna spread it around to at least 30 spots so the newbies develop a taste for real money.

Their new guaranteed tournament structure is very good value... most MTT right now have a substantial overlay. That might change come Derby Day when many of the SportsBook punters open the site for the first time since the migration from Cake to Merge.

When those SB players start playing Merge I expect those overlays to disappear

That's exactly what I was referring to. Played a 10+1 3k guar and had 1k overlay. These types of games with such high overlay wont last long. This is what they shoulda done long ago. I'm sure they'll start fillin up soon. It used to be like this on bodog too.
