Can't use $5 freebie in cash games? (ACR)

America's Cardroom recently picked me to receive a complimentary $5 to "try" the real money games, and I entered a 1.10 tourney with it and lost, but it seems I can't use the remaining $3.90 for entering a 1c/2/c cash game? What gives? When I try, it says I don't have a real money balance. Should I contact support?

Maybe it's a $5 tournament ticket?

Impossible--I used $1.10 of it already.

Yeah, maybe you can only use it on tournaments.

Yes and it seemed like it was going to work, but the email that told me I had $5 didn't specify tournaments only.

On ACR the money sometimes goes from your poker balance to your "wallet". If you restart the program you should be good to play.

Usually if you deposit once the issues go away at least that has been my experience. I have not deposited on that site yet though so I don't know that that will work. They seem to restrict the play of the "free" money they giveaway not only in play but also in withdrawing. This issues are generally resolved by depositing as well strangely enough. I must say again though I have not done so one that particular site. Hope this helps good luck!
