Has anyone experienced this before?

I never signed up for BCP before. I tried signing up on 3 different machines in my house. Just to make sure it wasn't my IP, I used a VPN during one installation/signup. I also disabled all my firewalls and AV programs.

Support told me to disable AV. I did that, as you see in the picture. Still nothing. It must be from their end I'm guessing. I live in Arkansas.

Anyone know what's up? Thank you

Could you please tell me which Windows do you have?

Also instead of disabling the AV, go to your AV options and make an exception for the application.

I'm using Windows 10 Home on a virtual machine. I also tried it on Windows 7 Enterprise on a host machine and on a 3rd machine. I can't get thru the 2nd step on sign up process. It always reads that same message above.

Tried it with and without AV/firewalls on.
Have it listed as exception on my Symantec right now.

I found out what the problem was. I'll explain it if anyone else comes knocking here with the same problem.

Sorry had a really rough and busy week.
I don't actually recall what it was exactly now. I think it may have been allowing communication from BCP because it was registering as a malware. For some reason simply turning off my firewalls didn't fix it. I did notice something odd. My ACR signup has my bday as March 7. I kept trying to signup on BCP with March 8 (my actual bday). The only instance that eventually got thru was one also reading my bday as March 7th. Not that that had anything to do with it.

Anyway sorry I don't recall exactly what it was.

Yeah the birthday thing is a glitch in their system that is affecting multiple users.
I actually just replied to a similar comment, for the second time, in the https://www.cardschat.com/forum/poker-rooms-10/official-acr-thread-217550/index133.html#post4225035
Which is why I think it is affecting multiple people.

Hello, as Vfranks said it's a glitch, our IT department is still working on it. On the security side, the personal information is correct, this glitch is not affecting the personal information on the system it's just on the poker application. They are working hard to get this corrected.

Any word on this problem yet? I am old, but currently you have me at the ripe old age of 118 years. Man I look good for my age! :D
