Anyone played at Cake before?
Thinking of giving it a go, I like the idea of no poker trackers, even though Im not a bitch about them, just seems a better way of playing to me:eek:

Anyone thats played there, what you think?:)

Cheers

With the traffic that Stars and Full Tilt have, I don't know why anyone would play anywhere else.

Never played on Cake though...

I like the double or nothing sit n gos there. The freerolls are kind of a pain int he neck. You get tickets to another game, takes a long time 4000 players usuallyand top 50 get seat to next round. There are some decent guarantee tourneys too. I play at all 3 of the aforementioned and don't have a problem with any of them. I say give it a shot, and then you can make an educated decision.
Good Luck.

It has been a long time since i played Cake. I joined when they were brand new and I remember I liked it alot. The freerolls were very easy to make money in and I got quite a bankroll started on that site. however i imagine since they have been around awhile now it wouldn't be as easy. It seems to me that they used to have these insane money freerolls there first month in business and it was gravy to make money in. Good luck.

Cake is on the same network as Doyle's and Sportbook. I've played them and Cake and find them to be pretty decent sites. The double up SNG's are an easy way to build your BR.

cake is good if you like mid stakes multi table tournaments with about 90-150 people in them. They also payout more spots in tournaments than other sites which makes for alot of crappy min cashes though. But its good if you like 30-50 dollar buy in touraments with around 100 people in them. They have some good bounty tournaments as well.

sometimes they have a 3-6 limit omaha h/l game going as well, that game gets crazy

ya cake/doyles/powerpoker/...many skins so it is a large network, is newer to me but i have built up a few dollars on a couple of the sites- won $11.27 on cake this weekend and only been there a week(ty private freerolls:) and doyles im over 20$ from freeroll start.
and the double up sit and gos are GREAT!!!
the freerolls are a little harder to cash on, but so is stars and FTP- so actually with less ppl its easier lol
